SPA provided a report to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) on the feasibility of developing a national catastrophe loss estimation model for use by insurance regulators. The study was performed in association with Karen Clark and Company, who addressed hurricane modeling while SPA addressed earthquake loss modeling.
